The X-SHIP increases efficiency and smoothness, making the Nasci FB suitable for many freshwater fishing situations. G-Free Body technology has been developed to move the reel's center of gravity closer to the rod. This has been accomplished by moving the worm shaft oscillation mechanism 19mm from the bottom of the spool to the top. By moving the center of gravity closer to the angler's hand position, the G-Free Body helps reduce fatigue and improves casting comfort. The Nasci FB has 4 shielded stainless steel bearings and a roller bearing for smooth and safe operation when under pressure. The Nasci FB has a distinguished look that sets it apart from many other reels. Available in a wide range of sizes, from the smallest size 1000 for delicate fishing with light and sensitive rods, to the compact size 5000 for bait fishing or heavy lures. Also available is a 3000 size model with a low capacity spool, suitable for use with light monofilaments for float fishing or braiding when it comes to fishing for medium sized predators.
